MDR Decorative Painting is a Moorestown, NJ-based full-service commercial and residential painting and decorating company established on the concept of utilizing small, talented crews and the best materials to achieve a superior result. Vast experience, product testing, and reliable equipment are key components essential for a productive and safe work environment, as well as, long and lasting finished product.
One of our ongoing virtues over the years has been continuing communication with our clients from first call to completion of work. We also believe in keeping our work presence as low profile as possible, and maintaining safe, clean work sites during our painting and related procedures.
Experience
MDR Decorative Painting has been in part, or wholly responsible for the quality painting of hundreds of custom homes, buildings, and structures in the Burlington County, Camden County, Philadelphia, and Jersey Shore areas. We are equipped and able to meet most commercial and industrial projects, including government institutions and banks where deadlines are critical, and specialty coatings are often required.
We have been in business in South Jersey since 1996 restoring and preserving old homes and shore properties, as well as, custom painting some of the most exquisitely designed residential and commercial interiors. Owner-operator Mark D. Rossi has actually been painting "hands on" for 25 years now and still over-sees operations.
Work Ethic
We offer ultimate surface preparation. Bare surfaces are primed and all prep work is carefully attended to prior to final coating. Options for colors, and finish coatings are reviewed prior to application to be sure they are correct and true.
We will never water-down paint to stretch it farther. We use Penetrol® for alkyd (oil-based) paints, or Floetrol® for latex, aka acrylic (water-based) paints. These are extender-levelers that increase flow and bond and do not break down the important properties of paint.
Alcohol or drugs are never permitted prior to, and/or during operations, and the excessive, habitual use of them is highly frowned upon, and not tolerated by MDR Decorative Painting Co..
